BAKE PUMPKIN SEEDS! It’s one of the easiest, most fun ways to finish out the carving session.
–simply wash the seeds and pick out any remainder of the pumpkin flesh
–coat the seats in either olive oil & salt or Cinammon and Sugar. Apply coatings generously.
(I personally prefer using Pam since it’s less greasy. I use it to coat both recipes so that the ingredients stick. I also recommend re-spicing them after you take them out of the oven)
–Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes before mixing them around and then bake for another 15 minutes (or until golden brown)
