So…I’ve been trying to eat a little low-carb these days so that I can be bikini ready in Vegas! This past week, I had soft tofu and stir-fried Kimchi for dinner. It was INCREDIBLY delicious and super filling b/c of the tofu. I highly recommend trying this at home. =) I’ve only ever had this at Korean Restaurants so it was pretty cool to make it at home for the first time!
