Dinner: Chili, Baked Brussel Sprouts and Tortilla Chips

Last night was the first time our small group met for this year.  One of the leaders made the most amazing (and healthy) Chili!!  It had shredded chicken along with an assortment of veggies and beans.  To top it off, she baked Brussel Sprouts to perfection in the oven.  YUMMMMM
