Lunch: Tuna Fish on Toasted Whole Wheat English Muffins

I’m trying to be more conscious of what I’m eating by mixing in protein, whole grains, and not very much fat.  I made this tuna fish sandwich for lunch today and it was DE-LICIOUS!  I toasted the bread at work and it added a delicious crunch with every bite.  I didn’t add very much mayo and an extra pinch of pepper and some hot sauce for a super yummy kick.
