Healthy Living…Fitness/Diet Before the Wedding

WoW… I can’t believe I only have ___ until the Wedding!!  I’m trying to live up every single day and really focus on my diet and fitness routine.  Before the engagement…I had none.  I ate what I wanted and I worked out…NEVER.  Now, I have really made a conscious effort to make a healthy menu plan and get in at least 1 hour of activity a day.
