As our wedding date approaches, Markel and I are trying to eat better. For dinner last week, we made a hodge podge of things in the fridge/freezer.
Talapia with a basil sauce (from Costco)–SO DELICIOUS and easy to cook!
Steamed Brussel Sprouts (from Trader Joe’s)–we lightly salted them and they were PERFECT. A new fave veggie in our home ❤
Spinach Salad with a homemade dressing and some random cheeses–the homemade dressing was not successful, but we managed to finish the salad anyhow
for dessert…we walked to 7-Eleven to grab a redbox movie and got some sweet treats as well. I haven’t had a Twix Ice Cream in AGES! It wasn’t as good as I remembered, but it was delicious nonetheless.
