Brodard Chateau was hands down, one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Markel and I were really surprised at how much we loved everything that came out.
We were referred here by a friend and she raved about Brodard Chateau. But in my mind, Vietnamese food is Vietnamese food~ right? WRONGGG.
BC was hands down the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. When we walked in, we were a little thrown off guard by how nice it was. We were used to always going to smaller (grade B) sorts of places…
The menu here is a tiny bit pricier than normal Vietnamese restaurants and there’s a surprising selection of French dishes as well. Markel and I ordered dishes based on Yelp reviews and the suggestions of the waiter.
EVERYTHING WAS BOMB. The spring rolls were so freaking good that we considered ordering more. But wanted to save room for our other dishes. We saw that each spring roll had a different dipping sauce (for shrimp, chicken, duck, etc). Next time, Markel and I definitely just want to order all the spring rolls! hehe
The Shaken beef MELTED in your mouth. It was really shocking how delicious and tender the beef was.
I highly HIGHLY recommend Brodard Chateau to everyone. I can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu that we didn’t have the stomach space for. After eating there, I’m not sure I can go back to any other Vietnamese restaurant again! xo
