I’m trying to cook a lot healthier these days and so I looked up a Brussel Sprouts Recipe (since it’s a new fad veggie). I’m actually really happy I tried it because not only was it super simple, but it tasted delicious! Baking the Brussel Sprouts in the oven helped take out some of the bitterness in the veggie.
