Pinterest Challenge #14

This was one of my FAAAVORITE recipes to date so far.  Not only was it incredibly easy~ but Markel and I ate it up and the leftovers in less than 24 hours.  I made a lot of revisions on the original recipe, but it was DELIIC~

My Version:

I subbed cilantro for parsley.  I don’t like Parsley >.<

I also forgot to get 2 cans of chickpeas, so I used a can of corn I had in the cupboards.

Also, I only had red onion at home, so I used that instead of White (hence all the colors below)



SOOOOOOOO good.  I’m definitely making this recipe again!
