Pinterest Challenge #21

There are hundreds of recipes online about smoothies these days.  Green Smoothies, Detox Smoothies, Protein Smoothes, etc.

I always make my own based on what’s already in the fridge.

But the essentials are:

Spinach, Blueberries, Flaxseed, almond milk

From there I’ll try to add OJ, more fruit, and Chia Seeds


I make these at night for me and Markel and we take it to work the next morning for breakfast.  It’s DELICIOUS.  I always try to mix up the ingredients so that we don’t get tired of the flavor profile.  It’s pretty awesome.  This is a recipe from pinterest that I will always make from here on out.
