Curry: I bought the curry pack from Galleria Korean market and added shrimp, onions, carrots and potatoes. I prefer to add beef, but I didn’t have any on me and this was the best I could do.
Soy Bean Paste Stew: This is my FAAAAVE thing to eat with hot rice on most days. I love stews/soups and anything with Rice & Kimchi! =) For the soup, I followed my mom’s recipe which is similar to this (click here).
I was seriously SOOO proud of myself for making these two things!! It’s rare I get to cook or even try out a new recipe. =)
