Korean Recipe Challenge #5

Kimchi Stew!  I’ve made this a few times and well…it’s never been as delicious as this time. =)  It’s possible that I used the right kimchi or perhaps I’m FINALLY getting a feel for cooking Korean food! =)  possibly?  maybe?  I hope that’s the direction that things are going in… =)

I didn’t follow a certain recipe, just what my mama taught me =)

Sautee Meat first, then add Kimchi~ stir fry both in a little olive oil.  Then add kimchi juice, hot pepper paste, fish sauce and tofu. =)  and about 1 hour later…you get the most delicious stew evahhh!
