Korean Recipe Challenge #6

This…is a Japanese dish and not Korean…but I’m just learning to cook ok??  lol  Cut me some slack please =)

Markel LOVES miso soup so we eat this often.  I “Koreanize” it by adding fish sauce, pairing it with Kimchi and eating it like a soup.  Underneath the tofu in the picture below is rice.  =)  By mixing it together, it becomes a “gook bap” which literally translates into soup rice.  I LOVED eating soup rice when I was growing up. 🙂
