Korean Recipe Challenge #8: Mandoo Guk

I made this baby for New Year’s Day and it came out perfectly!  I’ve made this soup a bunch of time so I sort of used loose measurements~ but it’s basically beef stock (can be any kind of stock you want), soy sauce, salt (if needed), pepper, eggs, green onions, and a little seaweed to top it off.  Oh right…and whatever dumpling you’d like!

Growing up, my grandmother used to make the dumplings herself.  But as an adult…I just buy them from the store. =P  I’m currently obsessed with shrimp dumplings.  SO DELICIOUS!!
