Korean Recipe Challenge #7: Kimchi Fried Rice

YUMMMMMM This is my favorite dish to make for any meal.  Fried rice is the easiest thing to make with whatever you have in the fridge and tastes the best with day old rice.  For this dish below, I chopped up kimchi, used the kimchi juice, red hot pepper paste, sesame oil, green onion, egg, and a little seaweed for garnish.

It also helps that Markel loves eating it with me. =)
