I went to Ink in February for my friend’s birthday and was REALLY REALLY impressed.  The food was innovative and delicious.  Ink serves small plates so you and your group share everything.  I LOVE restaurants that do that, since you can try more items on the menu out!

honestly…EVERYTHING that we ordered was incredible.  the ones i can still remember today are:  lollipop kale, potato polenta, monk fish, and a light fish dish that i don’t have below in menu form~ i think it was hamachi.

if you haven’t been to Ink, I HIGHLY Recommend this place.  the service was great, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was hipster chic.  you could really see the owner/chef’s style in each detail around the restaurant.

lollipop kale, crème fraîche, pig ears, togarashi 14
