I made this homemade pasta last week and well…I’m not proud of it. I used a garlic Alfredo sauce with frozen veggies and shrimp~ topped with parmesean. BUT There was something missing…the delicious taste of alfredo. I’m not sure if I used the wrong sauce (from Trader Joe’s) or perhaps I should have thinned the sauce out more with cream. But I will most definitely NOT be making this dish again or buying the trader joe’s sauce. bleh. At least the picture came out pretty?
