Eggs, Kimchi Stew, and Rice

this is one of my favorite things to whip up really fast in the kitchen when i’m at home.  it not only reminds me of my childhood but it’s so freaking easy to make!

kimchi stew: i used 2 cups of kimchi, 2 cups of kimchi juice, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and cooked for about 30 minutes.  add veggies, meat, anything you want!  i only had kimchi at home ,so that’s all i used. =P

fried egg + rice

you can even eat this with little dried seaweed sheets!  i didn’t have any (we totally need to go grocery shopping) so this is all i could put together.  lol

anywhooo here’s a little fun peak at my dinner over the weekend.  dinner for one while markel was in vegas with his boys. xo
