This past Saturday I was really craving a jamba juice smoothie~ but out of laziness I stayed home and tried to create a healthy version of what I wanted.
adjust this recipe below as desired:
1/4 cup of dried oatmeal
5 strawberries cut in half
1 small banana
1 cup of milk
sprinkle of chia seeds and ground flax seeds inside the smoothie (and again on top for garnish)
